Established in 2021 by Rick Cohen, our organisation is rooted in a commitment to social impact through culinary excellence. Rick's personal journey, marked by overcoming challenges such as PTSD and depression, inspired the foundation of Worthy Cause. His experiences highlighted the transformative power of supportive employment, leading to the creation of a program that offers more than just jobs—it offers hope and a future. Our team comprises dedicated professionals and volunteers who share a passion for social change. We operate with the conviction that everyone deserves respect and the chance to improve their lives, regardless of past adversities.
