The Aware Advisors is a Darwin-based consulting and advisory business providing strategic planning, business development and practical advisory support to businesses, organisations and communities across the Northern Territory. Led by Director Abbie Northwood, The Aware Advisors brings more than 25 years of experience across tourism, business development, strategy and stakeholder engagement, including extensive experience working in regional and remote NT communities. We work with businesses at different stages of development, from start-ups through to established operators, providing practical advice and support with business planning, commercial decision-making, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening business operations. We also work with government, Aboriginal organisations, industry bodies and community organisations to develop strategies, facilitate engagement, strengthen partnerships and turn ideas into achievable plans. Our services include strategic and business planning, business advisory and commercial advice, business development, feasibility assessments, research, stakeholder and community engagement, facilitation, governance and program development. With particular expertise in tourism, Aboriginal business development and regional economic development, we combine strategic thinking with a practical understanding of the Northern Territory's operating environment.
