Social Planet builds health, wellbeing and education opportunities for vulnerable populations while strengthening social cohesion across local communities. We're a community-focused technology enterprise with extensive experience supporting Neighbourhood Houses, Youth Hubs, Migrant Services and Adult Education providers. We develop integrated software solutions that power these community services, enabling centers to strengthen collaboration while providing person-centered support for migrants, seniors, youth, people with disabilities, and socially isolated individuals. Our purpose is to streamline operations so community workers can focus on supporting individual aspirations and needs, which builds genuine human connections and transforms lives. Since 2017, Social Planet has supported over 160 organizations delivering programs like English literacy training, peer support, and physical wellbeing activities, generating 215k bookings and over 3.6 million client participation hours. By eliminating administrative burden, we enable staff to concentrate on community building and creating lasting social impact for Australia's most vulnerable populations.
