Pathfinders NT is the Northern Territory’s first certified social enterprise. We are dedicated to supporting young people to thrive. Our mission is to empower and uplift youth, particularly those from marginalised and disadvantaged backgrounds, by creating consistent, long-term opportunities for growth, wellbeing, and employment. We provide trauma-informed, strengths-based programs that recognise and celebrate the diversity of the Territory. Our impact is delivered through therapeutic mentoring, school-based programs, and rites of passage initiatives that build resilience, identity, and leadership. Adventure therapy, outdoor activities, and cultural engagement are central to our work, helping young people connect with themselves, their community, and Country. We also support innovative youth-led initiatives that equip young people with job skills and pathways to employment.
