Galiwin’ku Women’s Space (GWS) is a Yolŋu-led community organisation based in Galiwin’ku, Elcho Island, in East Arnhem Land, Northern Territory. It was created by and for Yolŋu women to provide a safe place for healing, support, and empowerment. GWS works with women and their families experiencing hardship, especially in situations of domestic and family violence, homelessness, and social challenges.
