Commonsight is a systems-change social enterprise transforming the experience of change. We help institutions move beyond rigid, linear programs to create shifts that are humane, energising, and regenerative - and ready to adapt in a world defined by complexity and constant change. Working at the intersection of strategy, culture, and design, we build the adaptive capacity of public, private, and community organisations, helping them navigate transformation with clarity, confidence, and curiosity. Through consulting and learning programs, and applying our Change Experience (ChX) design methodology, we lead transformations grounded in the human experience of change, enabling organisations to build trust, agency, and adaptive strength. Our constitution locks in our social and environmental purpose, and our regenerative operating model transparently allocates revenue to sustain operations, subsidise regional access, and invest in research — proving that serious systems work can be joyful, creative, and deeply human by design.
